Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the JacksEstates website, account features and related services. By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting a form, you agree to follow these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

JacksEstates shares general information about home warranty plans that may cover household systems and appliances. The site helps visitors learn about plan options and request details. Plan terms, pricing and coverage limits are set by the written plan agreement, not by the content on this website.

To create an account you must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement and a resident of the United States. When signing up, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information
• Keep your password private and secure
• Update your details if they change
• Accept responsibility for activity that happens under your account

Descriptions of covered items, examples and answers on this site are for general guidance only. Coverage decisions depend on the specific plan agreement, its exclusions and its service conditions. Nothing on the site guarantees that a particular repair or replacement will be approved.

When you agree to receive text messages, JacksEstates may send service updates, quote confirmations, reminders and promotional offers to the number you provide. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

You agree not to misuse the site. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Submitting false, misleading or someone else's information
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfering with the normal operation or security of the site
• Copying site content for commercial use without written permission

Plans and repairs may involve independent plan administrators and service technicians. JacksEstates is not responsible for the acts, workmanship or decisions of these independent parties, and their own terms may apply to the services they provide.
